Arrive at the Check-In counter at the entrance the theatre only during the designated time slot (do NOT come early or late).
Present to our staff the confirmation email, ****your identification document and the completed Technical Form on the last page of this document.
Should you make any changes to any information after 7th June 2024 and during check-In, you will be charged an administrative fee of HKD500. You are strongly advised to make changes as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] to avoid delays on the competition day.
You will be asked to settle outstanding fees (if any). Please note that cash is the only means of payment.

You are required to print out, complete and submit the form during check-in before the competition.
你必須列印，填寫及在比賽報到時遞交表格。
Keep the reception area and Backstage Dressing Room clear. Do NOT show up in the Backstage Dressing Room outside of your designated time slot.
Remember to wear your Competitor or Teacher / Guardian Pass to access the Backstage Dressing Room.
Designated open-stage time slots are optional to join. If you fail to show up on stage during the designated time slot, no replacement time slot will be given.
It is your responsibility to arrive at the Backstage Dressing Room punctually to get ready for going on stage.
You are strongly recommended to prepare a CD or USB drive for each of your piece as a backup in case there are technical issues while playing your submitted music.
**保持登記處及後台化妝間暢通無阻。**除了你的指定時間外，不要逗留在後台化妝間。
進入後台化妝間需要佩戴參賽者或導師/監護人通行證。
你可自由選擇出席指定時段的走台及綵排。如你未能在指定時間到達舞台，將不獲後補時間。
準時到達後台化妝間並準備上台是你的責任。
建議自行準備比賽音樂光碟或USB盤作備用，以及時解決技術問題。
After preliminary competitions of PA2, PB, JA, JB and SN, entry numbers of finalists will be posted on our Facebook page, Instagram, and outside the Auditorium.
Final Result will be announced in award presenting at closing ceremony. Afterward, result will be published on social media.
芭蕾獨舞PA2、PB、JA、JB、SN決賽後，入圍決賽之參賽編號會被公佈至Facebook專頁、Instagram及劇院外。
比賽結果將於閉幕典禮中公報，其後結果會上載到社交媒體。
